Colour surrounds us.

We experience colour wherever there is light. It sits upon our eyes and informs us of all that we see.

Just like materials, when used sensitively colour can transform and enrich our interior worlds. What’s more, colour is entirely integral to those materials; they are part of the very fabric that binds them.

Recognising the distinct relationship between colour and materials, Jim continually seeks to explore and experiment with the two, foraging for, recording and using colour whenever the opportunity arises. This passion for colour has seen Jim join the Akzonobel trend panel responsible for creating Dulux’s annual trend forecast Colour Futures as well as sitting on the panel of the Colour in Design Award on multiple occasions.
